1. Scope of the offer
This provider-review draft describes the proposed commercial offer for CartVigil’s online business monitoring service. Seller and contact details are published on the Contact page. It must undergo final legal review before paid commercial launch. The offer incorporates the Terms of service, Payment and service delivery, Cancellation and refund policy, and the selected plan on the pricing page.
2. Service supplied
The selected plan provides workspace access, checkout flow preparation, checks for verified browser profiles, monitoring results, and plan-dependent evidence and notifications. Checks cover authorized public Magento and Adobe Commerce purchase flows and stop before ordering or entering payment credentials.
Checkout flow preparation can take up to 24 hours. Complex checkouts may take longer. Monitoring starts once your flow is verified. Preparation is included in Starter, Pro, and Agency. Each enabled desktop or mobile browser profile must be verified separately. An unsupported or blocked checkout is reported as such; it is not treated as a verified flow.
3. Subscription purchase and acceptance
Before purchasing, review the selected plan, these documents, the actual charge amount and currency, and any recurring payment schedule. A paid subscription is activated only after the customer confirms the purchase and CartVigil verifies a successful provider payment. Visiting a pricing page or starting the card-free trial does not authorize a charge.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Where recurring billing is enabled and you authorize it at checkout, the first successful payment creates a recurring payment for the amount and schedule shown before confirmation. Future payments are collected automatically until cancelled. The free trial does not authorize recurring billing.
4. Electronic performance of the service
CartVigil is delivered online through your account at cartvigil.com. Account access begins after verified signup. Paid plan access is activated after CartVigil verifies a successful payment with the provider. A browser return from checkout alone does not activate a paid plan. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or courier deliveries.
5. Customer responsibilities and limits
The customer must have authority to monitor each submitted store and maintain secure account access. Monitoring cannot bypass storefront access controls and does not guarantee universal compatibility, uninterrupted service, detection of every failure, or any revenue result. Results and retained evidence describe the actual configured check.
6. Ending renewal and requesting a refund
A workspace owner can stop future renewals using Cancel recurring billing on the billing page. Cancellation is confirmed only after the payment provider accepts it. Access remains available through the current paid period. Cancel before the next scheduled charge; cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, contact the billing team.
Refunds are handled under the Cancellation and refund policy. Cancellation of renewal does not itself submit a refund request.
7. Payment questions and mandatory rights
Send service or payment questions to the billing team. The offer does not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any final changes must be communicated before they apply to a future purchase or renewal.
