1. Service provider and contact

2. Service description
CartVigil monitors authorized public Magento and Adobe Commerce purchase flows from product page to available payment methods. Monitoring stops before Place Order and does not use payment credentials. A check describes only its configured browser profile, location, and execution time.
3. Account and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and own each monitored store or have the owner’s explicit authorization. You may not use CartVigil to probe stores without authorization or to bypass storefront security.
4. Trial
The 14-day Pro trial begins after verified signup, supports one store, requires no payment card, and does not silently convert to a paid subscription. Scheduled checks pause after the trial and any documented grace interval unless a paid plan is activated.
5. Plans, billing, and currency
Public catalog prices are displayed in USD. The WayForPay checkout must show the actual amount and charge currency before payment. Available transaction and settlement currencies depend on the approved merchant configuration. Applicable taxes, conversion, and issuer fees may vary.
6. Cancellation
Authorized account owners may cancel paid monitoring according to the in-product billing flow. Cancellation stops future scheduled renewal according to the final billing terms; access to retained history may continue for a limited read-only period.
7. Acceptable use
You must not submit private-network targets, credentials, payment details, customer records, unlawful content, or instructions to bypass CAPTCHA, WAF, rate limits, or access controls. CartVigil may block unsafe or unauthorized monitoring requests.
8. Availability and compatibility
CartVigil does not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal Magento compatibility, or detection of every customer-impacting problem. Customized or protected flows may be classified as blocked or unsupported rather than failed.
9. Evidence and customer content
You remain responsible for the storefronts and information you submit. CartVigil retains bounded, redacted monitoring evidence according to its documented policy and must not be used as the sole record for legal, accounting, or security decisions.
10. Liability, governing law, and final legal terms
Warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, notice procedure, assignment, force majeure, and legal-entity details require counsel approval and must be finalized before paid commercial launch.
