1. Free trial
The 14-day Pro trial requires no card, creates no automatic charge, and does not silently convert to paid. There is therefore no trial payment to refund.
2. Paid subscriptions
Starter, Pro, and Agency are presented as monthly plans. The WayForPay checkout must display the actual charge amount, transaction currency, and payment terms before confirmation.
3. Cancellation
An authorized account owner may cancel future renewal through the documented billing flow once live billing is enabled. Scheduled monitoring continues or stops according to the final cancellation timing shown before confirmation.
4. Refund requests
The final eligibility window, statutory-rights treatment, partial-period policy, duplicate-charge process, service-outage treatment, and exclusions require legal and merchant-acquirer approval. Until that review is complete, no broader automatic refund promise is made.
5. How to request review
Email billing@cartvigil.com from the workspace owner address with the workspace name, payment date, and provider transaction reference. Never send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials.
6. Processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original supported payment method where the provider permits. Provider and issuer processing times may vary and must be stated in the final policy.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in the final policy may exclude consumer or business rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable jurisdiction and legal-entity details must be finalized before paid launch.
